yes but since its mostly modable its k
you can fill/fix it with your own content even with blackjack and hookers ;)

Got an invite for the beta last week and played a couple of hours today.

My biggest worry was if my ageing PC could handle it, but it's playable without setting everything on low. Can't say much about it because of the NDA but those who played Skyrim should feel at home immediately although there are differences of course.

And the good news, for me at least, is that the developers finally figured out how to do something that other companies managed to do years ago: the game is actually showing the correct key you should use to do something when you rebind a certain action to something else then default. This was one of my biggest gripes with Skyrim and I couldn't believe they never bothered to get that part right. It's not rocket science...
